Pay Range: $80/hr - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the technical aspects of email campaigns, focusing on setup and audience creation.
- Advise on deliverability considerations and data readiness for large-scale global campaigns.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to influence and drive alignment on technical plans and requirements.
- Manage the implementation needed to execute email marketing campaigns effectively.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in email marketing technology, marketing operations, or closely related technical marketing roles.
- Executive-level working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including audience/segmentation concepts and operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of deliverability drivers and their impact on inbox placement and performance.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and influence without direct authority in a complex environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience partnering with analytics/data teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and driving stakeholder alignment.
