Title: Lead OIC Integration Consultant

Location: New Brighton, MN (Hybrid)

Salary: $150-170k + Benefits

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Integration Consultant that has experience managing people. They will have direct reports. They need to have experience managing people in the past and be an OIC Integration Consultant. They need to understand how to build architectural solutions.

Program Overview:

• The ExCAL program is a large-scale North America transformation delivering Oracle SaaS solutions across: The full North America rollout will occur over three years, with a major go-live on 6/8.
• The core program delivery is largely complete (with Deloitte currently in delivery mode). The primary objective of these roles is to:
• Stabilize, sustain, and support the platform post go-live
• Own data and integration capture across the ExCAL ecosystem
• Ensure the organization is well-positioned for Phase 2 and Phase 3 expansions
• These roles are critical to transitioning from implementation to a long-term, scalable BAU operating model.
• Integration & Data Platforms Lead

Role Focus:

• Provide leadership and operational ownership of the integration and data platforms, transitioning ExCAL integrations into a mature BAU support model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration capabilities supporting 100+ ExCAL integrations.
• Align ExCAL integrations with existing BAU standards, processes, and support models.
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 8 integration engineers (10 total resources), with a 50/50 hands-on and leadership split.
• Own and govern integration platforms including:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Boomi
• Azure Integration services
• Provide leadership across both integration engineers and Databricks/data engineers.
• Oversee production support, stability, and continuous improvement of integration and data platforms.
