Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with experience in designing SaaS products to create intuitive, user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UX best practices, expertise in Figma, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the usability and engagement of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and refine user experiences for our SaaS product, ensuring simplicity and usability.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
Ensure a consistent design system across the platform.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the UX.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably for SaaS products.
Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, design systems).
Research & Testing: Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design improvements.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers to ensure smooth design handoff.
Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile teams.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS products is a plus.
