Job Details

Vaco is seeking a skilled Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant to support a Fortune 500 client in Phase 1 of their Order-to-Cash ERP Modernization initiative. This program is focused on transforming business processes within the Oracle Cloud ERP platform, primarily supporting our clients core business line (over $10B in annual revenue).

Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partner to design and optimize Order-to-Cash processes on Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in modules including Cash Application, Invoicing, and A/R processes such as Balance Forward Billing and Late Fees.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to reduce reliance on external consultants and build internal knowledge.
  • Support the discovery and analysis phase for additional business lines, including Environmental Solutions and Canadian operations ($2B scope).
Position Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud ERP in a techno-functional role.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into Oracle ERP configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with or alongside consulting/implementation partners
