Job Summary:
The ProductOwner(PO)? Absence Management & Benefitsis a key member of theOracleFusion rollout project team,responsible forthe implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM CloudAbsence Management & Benefitssolutions.
The POcombines functional analysis with hands-on data conversion and testing responsibilities. Theywill lead business process analysis, execute data migration activities,validateconverted data, and perform rigorous testing to ensure system integrity.
The POwill work closely withbusinessSMEsto provide expert consulting, manage functional configurations, andtroubleshootissues while ensuring successful delivery ofAbsence & Benefits features.Theywill engage in developing best practices and improve enterprise-wide workflows to align with businessobjectives.POisresponsible forcommunicatingandfacilitatingthe roll-out of any new products and transformative structure changes withoperatingcompanies.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- The Product Owner owns and prioritizes the features backlog.
- Implement solutionswith vendorpartnerbyleveragingstandard Oracle Cloud Fusion applications technology.
- Partner withBusiness Process Owners and operating company SMEsto lead design, configuration, test, and deployment of new or enhanced functionality&business flows.
- Work collaboratively withproductteam members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill userstoriesandanswer questions about system processes.
- Createcomplex workflows following businessprocesses.
- Clearlyunderstand and articulate multiple systemintegrations.
- Present systemand solutiondemonstrations to SMEs,Stakeholders, and high-levelLeadership(virtual or in-Person).
- Perform end-to-end data conversion activities including mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans forfunctional, integration, andsupportuser acceptance testing.
- Document test results and collaborate with technical teams for defect resolution.
- Review and understand business reports and their importance within the business process.
- Participate in Cutover and Conversion planning for each major release of the solutionandbe responsible forvalue steam taskexecution.
- Create features and user stories to support the design, configuration, and development for back-office solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Proficiencyin Oracle HCM Cloud, with a deep understanding of system configurations and functionalities for Absence Management and Benefits.
- Strong skills in Business Process analysis and optimization, focusing on HR systems and workflows
- Knowledge of system Integration methodologies for Oracle and other enterprise applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, andprovideexpert guidance to cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions
- BS/BA degree in related field and/or comparable industry, or related work experience
- 5+ yearsofProduct Ownerand/orAnalystexperienceinAbsence & Benefits
- 5+years ofExperience with Oracle Fusion PAAS Solution
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred

Office Requirements:
- Required in office 2 days a week out of our headquarters in Hanover, MD or offices in Jacksonville, FL
