SUMMARY WHAT THE HIRING MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR
Seeking a Principal-Level UiPath Solution Architect with deep healthcare provider experience who can lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong UiPath architecture expertise, hands-on Epic EHR integration exposure, healthcare interoperability knowledge (FHIR/HL7), and the ability to design secure, scalable, HIPAA-compliant automation solutions. This person will serve as the technical authority for the Automation CoE, guiding architecture decisions, governance, integrations, and AI-driven automation strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and govern enterprise-scale UiPath automation architecture across healthcare environments.
Architect integrations between UiPath, Epic EHR, payer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
Define automation standards, reusable frameworks, CI/CD practices, and governance models for the Automation CoE.
Lead solution design reviews, architecture approvals, and technical decision-making for complex automation initiatives.
Design HIPAA-compliant solutions with strong security, audit logging, credential management, and PHI protection.
Drive intelligent automation initiatives leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI capabilities.
Collaborate with business, IT, Epic, security, and executive stakeholders to build automation roadmaps and strategy.
Mentor senior developers and serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for architecture and integration challenges.
