responsibilities:

.Responsibilities Here is a look at your day-to-day operations:


  • Direct the rollout of complex infrastructure projects, strategically managing space, networking, and power allocations for enterprise solutions.
  • Govern all technical facility operations, proactively maintaining the health of mechanical systems, UPS, backup generators, HVAC, and critical environmental controls.
  • Lead the continuous enhancement of operational procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures and Methods of Procedure, to guarantee top-tier facility compliance.
  • Command incident response efforts, swiftly mitigating risks to ensure absolute minimum disruption to facility uptime.
  • Partner with clients to seamlessly integrate their hardware into the ecosystem, providing expert technical support during onboarding.
  • Analyze facility metrics and compile monthly technical reports to present operational health to executive leadership.
  • Mentor and guide a team of facilities and engineering professionals, building a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Maintain strict alignment with global regulatory and quality standards, driving ongoing facility improvement initiatives.




qualifications:

Qualifications


Must-Haves:


7 or more years of progressive leadership experience within mission-critical environments or data center facility operations.


Extensive background supervising, mentoring, and developing technical engineering teams.


Deep technical mastery of mission-critical equipment, including mechanical systems, HVAC, power distribution, UPS, generators, and Building Management Systems.


Thorough understanding of industry safety codes, regulations, and quality management systems.


Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).


Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.


Nice-to-Haves:


Direct experience overseeing specific quality and safety frameworks such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or OHSAS 18000.


Advanced background in developing highly technical operational proposals and comprehensive performance reports.
