Core Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages that are scalable and user-centric.
• Workflow Automation: Build complex, multi-stage business processes using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
• Data Architecture: Architect and manage data structures within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with diverse data sources.
• Governance & Security: Implement best practices for environment management, DLP policies, and security roles.
• Optimization: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of existing applications.

### Technical Requirements

• Power Platform Expertise: 3+ years of dedicated experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Advanced Logic: Strong proficiency in Power Fx and creating complex formulas to handle data manipulation.
• Data Savvy: Proven experience with Dataverse (CDS) and SQL. Knowledge of relational database design is essential.
• Integration Skills: Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and building Custom Connectors.

Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps or GitHub for Power Platform
