JOB TITLE:Technical Support Tech I
DURATION: 2 MONTHS
LOCATION: BOSTON, MA OR SEATTLE, WA
PAY RATE: $20 - $28 HOURLY
Job Description: This position provides technical and administrative support for critical enterprise resource management systems used across the organization. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service with rapid response times to users navigating system access, permissions, and organizational structure changes. The specialist will manage user permissions and access controls, maintain data integrity across multiple organizational hierarchies, and support planning cycles that affect thousands of users organization-wide. Key responsibilities include performing data variance analysis and corrections, synchronizing information between systems, executing permission group management and cleanup, and supporting users during organizational transitions. The role involves identifying system performance issues and collaborating with technical teams to develop solutions, providing business requirements for system enhancements, and recommending administrative process improvements. This position is essential for maintaining operational continuity during high-volume periods and organizational restructuring, ensuring managers can access their teams and that reporting remains accurate during critical planning periods.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer service orientation with proven fast response times, strong organizational and administrative process management capabilities, and experience supporting enterprise planning or resource allocation processes. Technical qualifications include experience with enterprise management systems, user permission and access control administration, data analysis and variance reporting, and ability to identify and troubleshoot system performance issues. The candidate should excel at managing multiple concurrent requests during peak periods, possess excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and have the ability to translate business requirements for technical teams. This role directly impacts operational planning affecting the entire organization by maintaining system stability, ensuring data integrity during transitions, and enabling leadership insights through accurate reporting. The position requires managing administrative complexity during organizational changes while allowing technical teams to focus on system optimization rather than routine support tasks.
