Summary
Rate Range: $80/Hour to $84/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Custom Software Engineer Responsibilities include:
- Analyze, support, and maintain existing TIBCO BW applications running in production environments.
- Review and assess current application implementations across lower environments to identify modernization opportunities.
- Participate in technical design and brainstorming sessions to define migration strategies from TIBCO BW to Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft.
- Develop, test, and implement scalable Java Full Stack and Spring Boot solutions to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, performance optimization, and successful application modernization.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application reliability and stability throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BW, Java Full Stack development, MuleSoft, and Java Spring Boot.
- Proven experience supporting and analyzing production TIBCO BW applications, with the ability to understand complex integrations and business processes.
- Strong expertise in application modernization, including designing, developing, and migrating solutions to Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft platforms.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $84.00 per hour
