Pay: $55-59 an hour paid out weekly on a W2

We are seeking two highly skilled NetApp Consultants to support our clients data infrastructure initiatives. These resources will operate in a hybrid model, primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits as needed.

- Monday - Friday, 8-5 (Business Hours)
We are seeking two highly skilled NetApp Consultants to support our clients data infrastructure initiatives. These resources will operate in a hybrid model, primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive NetApp ONTAP experience
- Strong knowledge of Data Infrastructure Insights (DII)
- Expertise with FSxN
- Familiarity with Workload Factory
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize NetApp environments
- Maintain current code levels and perform upgrades as needed
- Ensure host compatibility with ONTAP versions prior to upgrades
- Perform day-to-day allocation, cleanup, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor NetApp arrays for capacity concerns and propose/implement solutions
- Open support cases with vendor and act as POC for support issues
- Serve as SME for Data Infrastructure Insights and Workload Factory
- Configure and upgrade DII and Workload Factory
- Collaborate with SRE to develop Golden Signals dashboard
- Develop reports and dashboards for configuration drift monitoring
- Provide input on alerting thresholds and configuration items
- Troubleshoot FSxN performance issues
- Perform performance upgrades for DII and Workload Factory
- Develop Cost Savings Dashboard for AWS/FSxN
- Proven experience as a NetApp specialist in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
