Summary

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior DocuSign Administrator / Platform Lead with strong enterprise experience in DocuSign administration, workflow configuration, API integrations, SSO, and production support. The candidate will own the DocuSign platform and support integrations with Salesforce, Workday, Malbek, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise DocuSign eSignature platform.
Configure templates, workflows, routing rules, bulk send, and user administration.
Develop and troubleshoot REST API, SDK, Webhooks/DocuSign Connect integrations.
Support Salesforce, Workday, Malbek and other enterprise integrations.
Manage SSO, SAML, authentication, access controls, and provisioning.
Provide production support, incident resolution, RCA, and platform enhancements.
Drive automation using Power Automate, Python, RPA, and APIs.
Partner with business, architecture, vendors, and technology teams.
