responsibilities:
- Developing, Curating and updating training content as needed
- Supporting the Pembroke training advisory group and overseeing its monthly prioritization meetings
- Handling program communications, administration, logistics, and systems
- Finding opportunities for operational process improvements for the programs
- Keeping abreast of all the learning solutions to determine what offerings would benefit Pembroke employees
qualifications:
Experience working with various learning platforms, including but not limited to Degreed, SumTotal, Power-Automate and cohort-based programs, e.g., NovoEd
Experience in designing solutions and quickly learning authoring tools (Synthesia, Domiknow, Vyond, Adobe suite, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
