FS Springboot Rest APIs

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a FS Springboot Rest APIs.

Summary:
In this role, you will design, build, and deliver complex software systems end to end, taking ownership of implementation details and technical quality. You will contribute directly to code, make thoughtful design decisions, and help evolve our systems through practical innovation. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting well-designed solutions, comfortable working deep in the codebase, and motivated by solving challenging technical problems.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent, with at least 8 years of development experience
* High proficiency in Java, Javascript, and a fundamental understanding of software design principles, data structures and algorithms is required
* Experience with the Angular and Spring Boot framework, Restful APIs, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins Core, and Datadog
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and parse business logic into technical requirements, experienced in an agile scrum environment
* Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience, providing insightful peer reviews for code changes
* Experience building enterprise platforms, services, and APIs consumed by other developers and integrators, including working on software systems at scale and crafting clear, effective user and developer documentation
* Background developing financial applications for investment management, trading, or brokerage platforms is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
