Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with strong expertise in platform development, custom applications, integrations, and ITSM modules.
Key Skills & Requirements:
10+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with NOW SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, VS Code, and CLI tools.
Experience with Now Assist for Creator / Generative AI.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Client-side & Server-side APIs, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Scoped Applications.
Expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLM.
Experience with REST APIs, Integrations, CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and Asset Management.
Knowledge of ATF, Reports, Dashboards, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, Cloning, and Upgrades.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Banking / Financial Services experience is preferred.
