🔹 Role Overview

WinWire is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – AI & CRM Solutions with strong Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Business Analysis, CRM, AI/GenAI, customer engagement, and stakeholder management experience.

🔹 Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience

• 4+ years supporting CRM initiatives

• Strong Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations experience

• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms

• Understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI/Automation

• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Solution Definition

• Experience creating User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Acceptance Criteria

• Strong Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery

• Experience supporting UAT, Change Management, Training, and Business Adoption

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills

• Microsoft Power Platform

• Microsoft Copilot / Salesforce Einstein
