This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity that sits fully remote.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integration of newly acquired industrial assets into a centralized enterprise SCADA platform, ensuring alignment with internal architecture standards
Oversee and coordinate 1 5 contractors per project, acting as the technical liaison and ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
Develop and execute integration project plans in collaboration with internal leadership; track progress, remove roadblocks, and drive execution
Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and cleansing activities prior to ingestion into the enterprise SCADA environment
Collaborate with field operations teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful system cutovers
Contribute to the development and refinement of integration standards, documentation, and repeatable frameworks across multiple sites
Position Requirements:
5+ years of experience within Oil & Gas, energy, utilities, or industrial operations environments
Hands-on experience with industrial data integration (experience integrating into enterprise SCADA platforms strongly preferred)
Ability to balance technical execution with project management oversight (hybrid PM/technical lead profile)
Strong data manipulation and transformation skills (Excel, Power BI, scripting such as C# or VB, and structured data cleansing techniques)
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors or contractors while driving technical project execution
Experience gathering requirements from field stakeholders and translating them into actionable integration plans
Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
