Job Description:

SAP Warranty and Claims Consultant will be responsible for managing warranty claims in the automobile domain. This is a functional role that requires expertise in SAP systems and deep knowledge of warranty and claims processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to warranty and claims
• Design and implement SAP solutions to streamline warranty claims processes
• Configure SAP systems to support warranty and claims management
• Provide training and support to end users on SAP warranty and claims functionalities
• Monitor and analyze warranty and claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a SAP Consultant with a focus on warranty and claims
• Deep understanding of automobile warranty and claims processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules related to warranty management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in SAP modules related to warranty and claims
• Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
• Knowledge of aftermarket warranty processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
