Detailed Job Description:
       5+ years of experience with MS Access, VBA, and SQL Server development and support.
       Strong SQL Server expertise including stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing, and data modeling.
       Experience documenting legacy systems and reverse engineering both database and application logic.
       Ability to quickly interpret and simplify complex VBA and Access form structures.
       Strong understanding of data architecture principles and migration considerations.
       Excellent communication skills for cross team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
