Job Summary
The Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Lead will play a critical role in client s SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, Siemens and related modules, plant automation, and enterprise manufacturing systems. This role bridges manufacturing operations, IT architecture, and SAP program governance to deliver a modern, standardized, and scalable manufacturing technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens MES modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to gather and analyze MES requirements.
• Design and develop MES workflows, data collection, and reporting solutions.
• Support integration of MES with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct MES system testing, validation, and user training.
• Develop and maintain MES documentation including configuration, processes, and user guides.
• Participate in MES upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Ensures client achieves a fully integrated, data-driven manufacturing environment that supports operational excellence, real-time visibility, and a future-ready S/4HANA ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Siemens MES solutions (Opcenter/Camstar)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES functionalities.
• Experience with MES configuration, workflow design, and data integration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems integration, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting for MES customization and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
