Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sales Operations Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Hospitality clients in Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create clear, persuasive marketing and program materials with Hotels, Senior Sales Leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with ability to build reports, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments and all levels of the organization
  • Customer-focused mindset with understanding of both seller and client perspectives
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc, Cvent Transient, Cvent, ZoomInfo, Zoom or other virtual training technology, basic SalesForce Lighting)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using data and reporting to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in sales programs, loyalty marketing, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, loyalty marketing, and/or hospitality sales preferred
  • Knowledge of hospitality sales and loyalty programs preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira highly preferred.
