We are currently looking for a Azure/Full Stack Architect for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role, and the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
Below is a small synopsis of the said position
Azure/Full Stack Architect
Location: Dallas, TX - Remote
Cloud & Solution Architect
We are looking for a senior cloud architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture for a platform migration from a Node.js monolith to a cloud-native, microservices-based system on Azure. You will define the target architecture, security posture, and CI/CD strategy, and guide two development teams to deliver against it.
Responsibilities & Deliverables

Identity & SSO | Design Azure AD (or 3rd party AD tool like Auth0) integration; OIDC/PKCE flows; MFA policy; service principal and managed identity strategy for backend-to-backend auth |
Microservices Architecture | - Define service boundaries, API contracts, and communication patterns (sync via Azure API Management; async via Azure Service Bus or Event Grid)
- Migrate Monolithic application to Microservices architecture .

Data Layer | Design DB abstraction strategy (ORM selection, connection pooling, multi-environment parity); least-privilege DB role design on Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server |
Azure Landing Zone | Azure App Service or Container Apps per service; Azure API Management as unified gateway; Azure Front Door or Application Gateway for WAF and TLS termination |
Security Architecture | Threat modeling; zero-trust network policy; Key Vault integration; secrets rotation; OWASP Top 10 remediation plan; RBAC across all Azure resources |
CI/CD Pipeline | GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipeline: lint test build Docker image ACR push Container Apps deploy; branch and environment promotion strategy (dev staging prod) |
Observability | Application Insights instrumentation plan; structured log schema; alerting rules; SLA/SLO definition |
Required Skills
- Azure architecture with hands-on experience: Active Directory Integration, App Service / Container Apps, API Management, Key Vault, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Front Door, Service Bus
- Microservices design patterns (strangler fig, API gateway, event-driven)
- OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and zero-trust security architecture
- CI/CD design (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
- Sufficient Node.js / TypeScript familiarity to review backend developer output and validate architectural decisions in code
- Azure Well-Architected Framework assessment experience
- Experience leading monolith-to-microservices migrations on Azure
