Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Program Manager to lead large-scale HCM transformation initiatives, specifically transitioning from Workday to Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, strong program governance expertise, and proven experience managing enterprise-wide HR system implementations or migrations.

Required Qualifications

Experience in HRIS / HCM program delivery.
Experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Proven experience in Workday to Oracle HCM migration programs.
Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Benefits).
Experience with integrations (OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, APIs).
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
