Summary

Fieldglass Functional BSA Contingent Workforce
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Fieldglass Contingent Workforce modules.
Configure and support SAP Fieldglass VMS including job postings, worker onboarding, SOW, time & expense, rate structures, and integrations.
Partner with procurement, HR, and hiring manager teams to understand workforce needs and translate them into system solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, ERP systems).
Create functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and user training materials.
Perform system testing (UAT, SIT) and support go-live activities.
Troubleshoot Fieldglass issues and provide ongoing production support.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with contingent workforce policies and governance.
Drive continuous improvements and best practices related to VMS processes.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Functional BSA or Consultant in SAP Fieldglass.
Strong knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management processes (VMS, MSP, staffing suppliers).
Hands-on experience in Fieldglass configuration (CW, SOW, job posting, time sheets, rate cards, approvals).
Solid understanding of the end-to-end contingent labor lifecycle.
Experience with integrations between Fieldglass and ERP/HR systems (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional business and IT teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
