Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)


Job Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud. The role will support troubleshooting, system optimization, and business process improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This position requires strong analytical and technical capabilities to support integrations, resolve complex issues, manage UAT processes, and enable business users across both technical and non-technical teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting for complex Salesforce issues.

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards, including cross-filters and custom report types.

  • Build and optimize Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Cloud Pages and automation workflows for digital communication and data capture.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud environments.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to data segments, automation behavior, and integrations.

  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support adoption and enablement for business users.

  • Document business processes, system enhancements, and technical solutions.

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with technical and functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead experience / ranking

  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration

  • Experience creating process flows, system documentation, and reports

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification

  • Experience with AppExchange integrations, data management, and Salesforce reporting

  • Experience with project management tasks such as wireframing, process mapping, and requirement documentation
