Job Title : Project Manager Pharma Domain.

Location : South San Francisco, CA

Duration : Long Term

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee RFP processes and manage vendor relationships within the pharmaceutical domain. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

Lead RFP preparation, evaluation, and vendor selection.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align project goals.
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
5+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of RFP processes and vendor management.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
