Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile React Native engineer to develop and deliver features specific to the IMT mobile app They will partner closely with the mobile engineering team and follow established development practices

Scope and Timeline

IMT Individual Market Transition specific mobile app is being actively developed and expected to be launched in 2027 Before release through the Apple App Store and Google Play IMT mobile app features must be developed tested and validated on iOS and Android devices Steady incremental delivery is essential to maintaining the schedule

IMT Mobile app one onshore senior React Native Engineer contractor for three months OctDec 2026

Primary Objectives

• Become productive quickly within the existing React Native codebase and planned feature work
• Deliver productionready code and supporting documentation including React Native UI REST and GraphQL integrations unit and integration tests and test automation
• Collaborate with Product UX backend and shared services teams to clarify requirements identify gaps and address edge cases
• Deliver IMT specific mobile app features and underlying tech stack changes on schedule through consistent incremental progress
• Deliverables
• IMT mobile app features integrated with the existing mobile app technology stack supported by unit tests integration tests automated tests and documentation
• Responsibilities
• Participate in standups planning refinement and retrospectives to prioritize and estimate assigned work
• Understand the existing integrations including feature flags configuration certificates and REST and GraphQL APIs
• Implement the required user interface features
• Participate in pull request reviews and address feedback promptly
• Address technical debt and implement required security fixes
• Contribute to other areas of the codebase as needed including but not limited to reusable components library updates breaking code changes
• Own assigned features through implementation validation and production deployment
• Required Qualifications
• Core development TypeScript React Native and Expo
• State management and testing RTK Query Redux Jest and Detox
• APIs and authentication REST GraphQL API integrations and SSO
• Security and observability session management telemetry logging and analytics
• Advanced React Native Experience building reusable components and using capabilities such as JSI Fabric and TurboModules
• Preferred Qualifications
• Native mobile development Familiarity with Swift and Kotlin
• Telemetry familiarity with Dynatrace
