Required Qualifications

  • 76 months (6+ years) of experience as a Lead Business Analyst gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for application development projects.
  • 76 months (6+ years) of experience serving as the Lead Business Analyst on projects utilizing recognized Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, including:
    • Requirements elicitation and documentation
    • Business process modeling
    • As-Is and To-Be workflow analysis
    • Gap analysis
    • UML (Unified Modeling Language)
    • Business process redesign and optimization
  • 48 months (4+ years) of experience designing, developing, and implementing multi-tier web applications using:
    • .NET Framework and .NET Core
    • C#
    • ASP.NET Web Forms
    • ASP.NET MVC (Model-View-Controller)
  • 48 months (4+ years) of experience working with Oracle Database 11.2.0.1 or later, including writing SQL queries to validate backend processing and data integrity.
  • 48 months (4+ years) of experience planning, coordinating, and executing software testing activities, including:
    • Test planning
    • Test case development
    • Test execution
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
    • Validation of business and functional requirements
  • Active certification in one of the following:
    • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or
    • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
  • 76 months (6+ years) of experience managing internal and external stakeholder communications, including:
    • Executive and stakeholder presentations
    • Change management communications
    • Business process improvement initiatives
    • Promoting and facilitating business process reengineering efforts
    • Developing materials that support organizational transformation and process modernization
