Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 12 Months+

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
The ideal candidate will lead payroll configuration, business process analysis, testing, and implementation while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Payroll expertise.
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, implementation, and support.
Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, Fast Formulas, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Flows.
Experience with SIT, UAT, data validation, and production support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification is preferred.
Multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation experience.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations is a plus.
