Product Owner
The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager and Product Owner to lead strategic data and software initiatives that enhance customer experience, analytics capabilities, and operational performance within complex enterprise and federal environments. In this leadership role, you will define product vision and roadmap while overseeing end-to-end project execution to ensure predictable, high-impact delivery.

You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, engineers, analysts, designers, and operations teams to translate strategic goals into actionable backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. Leveraging Agile methodologies and modern data platforms, you will guide cross-functional teams in building scalable analytics ecosystems, workflow optimizations, and digital products that improve service delivery and user experience.

You Have:
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or Project Manager for data, analytics, or software delivery teams
  • Experience with managing product roadmaps and overseeing multiple Agile delivery teams
  • Experience with translating strategic objectives into actionable backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable KPIs
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience with managing teams in SQL-based data environments or cloud platforms such as Azure, including Synapse, Data Factory, or Azure SQL
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, executive communications, and governance processes
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Associate's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with supporting VA systems or other federal IT programs
  • Experience with scaling enterprise data environments
  • Experience overseeing data ecosystems, BI platforms, or enterprise analytics initiatives
  • Experience with CRM systems, telephony systems, and workforce management platforms
  • Experience with designing dashboards, scorecards, and BI reporting frameworks for executive leadership
  • Experience with data governance, cataloging, security, and cross-organizational data sharing
  • Possession of strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Agile Certification, such as CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP, or other related Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
