Title: (three (3) Salesforce Environment Engineer (Devops))

a) Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience as a Salesforce/Apex Developer.
b) Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience supporting performance and scalability testing, including collaboration with performance testing teams to identify high-impact transactions, analyze governor limits, optimize SOQL and Apex performance, and support remediation of performance bottlenecks identified during load and stress testing.
c) Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Salesforce Copado Release Lead, managing enterprise-scale release activities.
d) Minimum 7 years of experience managing and coordinating Salesforce development promotion and release requests across multiple teams.
e) Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting Salesforce deployment issues, including root cause analysis, conflict resolution, and dependency management.
f) Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting environment readiness for testing, including data seeding, validation, and smoke testing coordination.

d. Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce performance testing activities, including collaboration with performance engineers using tools such as NeoLoad.
e. Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting large-scale data seeding, masking, and environment preparation for SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
f. Minimum of 2 years of Experience working with ETL tools and large-volume data loads in non-production environments.
g. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Omni Studio, Salesforce public sector solutions, Sales & Service Cloud
