Top Must-Have Skills:
Cisco networking (switches, routers, firewalls, WLCs, VPNs)
Security and compliance (CJIS, NIST, NAC, incident response, audit readiness)
Network monitoring & management (SolarWinds, NetFlow, SNMP, ACLs, QoS)
Leadership and mentoring (SME guidance, staff training, documentation)
Should have Zero Trust architecture or network segmentation exp
VPN deployment experience (integration with ID providers, site-to-site, remote access, 3rd party vendor VPN connections, etc.)
Experience with projects where you were responsible for overall security architecture including framework alignment
Some experience with Cybersecurity architecture for CJIS, DOD or Federal government
