Pay and ScheduleLead Level Salary (up to) $155,000 plus 8% bonus
An Electrical Engineer level is also available at approximately $105,000 plus 6% bonus.
Schedule is Regular Business Hours | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
What You'll Do (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
- Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems using Rockwell RSLogix, Studio 5000, and Safety PLCs.
- Design automation systems including VFDs, DC drives, and servo motion control. Select PLCs, sensors, drives, and safety hardware.
- Maintain plant power distribution, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
- Lead automation upgrades and cost-reduction projects.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, NEC, NFPA, ANSI, and UL standards.
- Maintain AutoCAD schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Mentor engineering and maintenance teams, and drive Lean and TPM initiatives.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years in a manufacturing environment, with strong background in industrial controls, PLC programming, drive systems, and power distribution. Working knowledge of NEC and OSHA codes.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency.
