Hiring: Organizational Change Management Consultant - MDM - OCM Lead
📍 Location: Dallas, TX
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a global Master Data Management (MDM) transformation within the medical device industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead organizational change strategies for global MDM and Data Governance transformation
• Assess business impacts across R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams
• Drive adoption of new data governance policies, workflows, and MDM systems
• Develop communication, training, and change-readiness strategies
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams in a highly regulated environment
• Coach executive sponsors and Data Stewards through organizational transition
• Identify and mitigate resistance, adoption challenges, and process friction
• Define and track adoption, compliance, and process-adherence metrics
🔹 Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management experience
• 3+ years managing MDM, Data Governance, ERP, or PLM transformations
• 2+ years of experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences
• Hands-on experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar OCM methodologies
• Experience translating technical data/governance concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Experience coaching executive sponsors and Data Stewards
🔹 Preferred
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or CCMP
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK
• Experience with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, MDR, or GxP environments
