Description

• Lead product management discipline and portfolio accountability.
• Develop and maintain integrated product roadmaps.
• Oversee prioritization model and backlog governance.
• Ensure high-quality requirements and decision readiness.
• Advocate for architecture, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Facilitate strategic operating cadence and executive decision support.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and enterprise alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product management discipline, including roadmap governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate platform strategy into structured product work and ensure roadmap alignment.
• Manage backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with business value and strategic priorities.
• Define standards for requirements quality and ensure consistency across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture, security, and scalability are prioritized.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex technology product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of product management practices and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
