CLM Project Manager

Role:           CLM Project Manager - IV

Location:    Bellevue WA / Remote (1-2 times per week for meetings)

Duration:    2026-06-26 to 2027-02-26

Note: Only candidate’s local to Bellevue will be considered, position needs someone to attend meeting 1-2 times in a week.

Job description:

·       Looking for a highly experienced technical project manager to support Contract Lifecycle Management system deployments.

·       Must also have at least 3 years of experience working with Contracts or Contract Lifecycle Management Systems.

·       Must have at least 7 years’ relevant project management experience and deep knowledge of system development lifecycle processes.

·       7 years'' experience in project managing SDLC implementations, creating requirements documentation, drafting workflows in Visio or Lucidcharts, and experience with contract lifecycle management processes and systems.

·       PM’ing tool development from requirements to delivery.  

·       Facilitating meetings with stakeholders and technical team members.

·       This person will be deeply embedded within Legal teams, so strong English-language communication skills are a must.
