Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

The Business Analyst will elicit, analyze and document business needs from agency stakeholders and translate them into validated functional and non-functional requirements. The role covers the full requirements lifecycle, from facilitating workshops through User Acceptance Testing, including requirements for a Learning Management System (LMS) project. Required

Qualifications: 

84 months eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs and converting them into functional and non-functional requirements, report requirements and business rules .

 84 months creating and maintaining requirements artifacts: business cases, BRDs, use cases (including textual use cases), report mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, context diagrams, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, UI specifications and non-functional requirements specifications.

84 months facilitating requirement workshops, such as JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs

72 months managing the requirements lifecycle: requirements management plan, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), requirements baselines and change control

60 months creating test plans and test cases, and working with users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, information science, criminal justice, health science, computer science, mathematics, or public/business administration Preferred

Qualifications: 

36 months eliciting requirements for Learning Management System (LMS) projects and implementing those requirements - CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from IIBA To Apply: Please send your updated résumé and include: 1.
