Good to have: knowledge of Databricks, Azure cloud, Air flow, dbt, SQL, Python. Microsoft Fabric will also work.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics leader to design, deliver, and manage enterprise analytics and data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern data platforms, Oracle ERP analytics, and business intelligence, along with proven experience leading customer engagements, delivery teams, and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end analytics and data engineering engagements from solution design through production deployment.
Design scalable data platforms and analytics solutions using modern cloud technologies.
Build and optimize data pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
Lead architecture discussions, customer workshops, and executive presentations.
Manage project delivery, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Mentor technical teams and establish best practices for analytics and data engineering.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, proposals, and proof of concepts.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake / Microsoft Fabric / Databricks (Preferred), Incorta, Power BI, Apache Airflow, dbt, SQL, Python, and Spark.
Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion data models and enterprise reporting.
Expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, cloud data platforms, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience designing enterprise BI and analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and analytics best practices.
Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure (Preferred) , AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, and modern analytics platforms.
Experience in consulting or system integration organizations.
Relevant certifications in Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Incorta, or cloud platforms are preferred.
