Summary

This role focuses on managing a team of ITSS Field Support Analysts, ensuring effective integration of support levels and delivering high-quality IT services. You will collaborate with IT and Business leaders to maintain customer satisfaction while addressing stakeholder complaints and tracking customer trends. The position offers the chance to lead service enhancements and support project introductions, all within a dynamic team environment in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of ITSS Field Support Analysts, ensuring effective incident resolution and support.
Develop and maintain relationships with IT and Business leaders to enhance service delivery.
Track customer trends and handle stakeholder complaints to improve service quality.
Implement service enhancements and support the introduction of new services for projects.
Ensure compliance with technical standards and participate in audits to maintain service integrity.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Business or Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus.
Strong experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, in a professional setting.
ITIL certification is required, with additional certifications in CoBIT or CMMI being a plus.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and diverse constituencies.
Experience managing multi-cultural and multi-located teams, demonstrating adaptability and leadership.
