Senior Workday Integration Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT 3.0, APIs, PECI, PICOF, and Workday Financials integrations. The candidate should be Workday-certified and capable of leading integration projects while collaborating with cross-functional business teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT 3.0, and Workday APIs.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
• Build and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and calculated fields.
• Design and develop complex Workday reports to support integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
• Develop APIs and Web Services integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Integrate Workday with ERP, Payroll, Benefits, Banking, and external vendor systems.
• Support Workday Financials implementation and integration activities.
• Lead integration design sessions and technical discussions.
• Participate in Workday releases and regression testing.
• Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure coding standards, security, and best practices are followed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation and integration.
• 3+ years leading Workday integration projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
