Lead Specialty SAP Basis and Security Administrator

We are looking for the BASIS administrators with the following skills:

• SAP ECC and S/4 HANA conversion / implementation
• SAP RISE
• SAP GRC
• SAP Security

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP MDG and SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
• 5+ years of experience with core SAP S/4HANA systems, including end-to-end architecture, lifecycle management, service pack application, and infrastructure upgrades.
• 5+ years of experience and a strong understanding of authorization concepts and user provisioning processes
• 5+ years of experience performing system upgrades, patching, and enhancements
• 5+ years of experience designing and architecting the security roles within S/4HANA across various modules and functional areas
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting system issues and providing timely resolution
• 5+ years of experience and proficiency in database administration (HANA, Oracle, etc.)
• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with BMS system and data integration solutions, including asynchronous, synchronous, real-time streaming, messaging, event based and REST API’s.
• 3+ years of experience across the heterogenous systems, device landscape and with security patterns, evaluating and advising product teams on latest technological trends and product innovations in building management systems space

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ Years of financial services industry experience
• 3+ years of experience designing & engineering cloud solutions for the S/4HANA SAP RISE solution
• Experience with technology delivery and relationship management across small and large business units in a large corporate environment
• Knowledge and understanding of data management and infrastructure production engineering leadership, including delivering reliable and responsive systems and the discipline to continually root out core issues.
• Experience with system and platform integrations, including servicetoservice communication and enterprise integration patterns, and experience with microservices architectures and APIfirst design
• Experience with cloud and container platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker)
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
• Experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence for timely decision-making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills utilizing PowerPoint across technical and non-technical groups
