Oracle OTC Functional Analyst

Position: Oracle Functional OTC Support SME
Location: Remote, US
Duration: 1-2 years

This remote Oracle Functional Analyst (Order to Cash) role with 6+ years experience supporting Subscription Management, Receivables, Revenue Management, PIM, Advanced Pricing, and Bill Management. Key duties include managing end-to-end O2C processes, troubleshooting, configuration, and providing post-production support . The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud/EBS, SQL, and strong communication for user training and system design.

Responsibilities:

• System Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain Oracle modules including Subscription Management, Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS), Product Information Management (PIM), and Advanced Pricing.
• Order to Cash (O2C) Flow: Support the full cycle from order entry through to revenue recognition and cash application.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve daily application issues, bugs, and user queries in a remote environment.
• Documentation: Create Functional Design Documents (MD050), test scripts (TE40/TE50), and process documentation.
• Testing & Upgrades: Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades or enhancements.
• Multiple Projects Using APEX.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Module Expertise: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud or EBS modules: Subscription Management, AR, Revenue Management, PIM, Advanced Pricing, and Bill Management.
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work independently in a virtual, distributed team.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting standards (ASC 606), revenue recognition rules, and tax configurations (Vertex).
