Workday Integration Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Workday integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials integrations, enterprise application integration, and cloud-based HR/Finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integration solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors
- Document Transformation
- Workday Web Services
- Configure and customize Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards.
- Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and support materials.
- Stay current with new Workday releases and integration capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ years of Workday integration development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- Workday HCM Integrations
- Workday Financials Integrations
- Experience designing and developing integrations using:
- EIB
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- Document Transformation
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements.
