Job Description:
An iCIMS Implementation Specialist or Consultant leads the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the iCIMS Talent Cloud (Recruit, Onboard, Engage) to meet organizational hiring needs. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, system setup, data migration, API integration, and user training to ensure a successful, timely implementation.
Job Description: iCIMS Implementation Specialist
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of iCIMS modules (Recruit, Onboard, Connect, etc.), including configuring workflows, dashboards, and portals.
Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with HR/Talent Acquisition stakeholders to map business processes to iCIMS functionality.
Data Migration & Integration: Manage data migration from legacy systems and configure integrations with third-party systems (e.g., HRIS, background checks).
Testing & Validation: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure system accuracy before go-live.
Training & Support: Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users (recruiters, hiring managers).
Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and client communications.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in HRIS or ATS implementation, with specific, hands-on experience in iCIMS implementation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, data mapping, and understanding of API integrations.
HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, recruitment workflows, and onboarding processes.
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work across diverse business units.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies.
Background in Talent Acquisition or HR Technology.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
