About the Role

Thinking Minds' client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Workday enhancements that improve HR operations and the overall employee experience. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, partnering closely with HR, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear product vision by understanding business objectives, employee needs, and operational challenges across HR functions.
  • Own and continuously evolve the Workday product roadmap, balancing immediate business priorities with long-term scalability and automation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce manual effort, improve self-service capabilities, and enhance employee experiences.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, testing, release management, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by managing priorities, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes through clear documentation, presentations, demonstrations, and executive-level updates.
  • Partner with HR Operations and shared services teams to build sustainable, scalable, and reliable Workday solutions.
  • Evaluate product performance and make informed decisions regarding enhancements, iteration, scaling, or retirement of existing capabilities.
  • Promote continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, customer feedback, and collaboration across business and technology teams.

Required Qualifications
