Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and reporting for multiple initiatives within the Investment Management Technology organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banking & Financial Services (BFS), with expertise in Investment Management and/or Alternative Investments. Prior experience supporting investment-backed or trading platforms is highly preferred.

The initial engagement will focus on establishing a standardized, streamlined end-to-end process and data management framework for Fund/Product Launches, with future expansion across the broader fund lifecycle platform.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and experience driving large-scale business and technology transformation within global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead large, complex cross-functional programs with tight deadlines.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including dependencies, risk tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.

• Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies (Agile/Hybrid).

• Track financial forecasts, estimate completion metrics, and manage use-of-funds reporting.

• Provide weekly status updates, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Collaborate with business partners, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Lead executive steering committee meetings and facilitate decision-making.

• Develop and execute communication plans across all project phases.

• Escalate risks/issues with structured solution options and executive storytelling.

Transformation & Change Management

• Lead business and technology transformation initiatives in global financial institutions.

• Drive organizational change and implement process improvements.

• Establish governance frameworks including RACI models and stakeholder accountability.

• Define and track KPIs and OKRs aligned to business outcomes.

Data & Governance Oversight

• Support end-to-end data management processes (data dictionary, lineage, governance).

• Maintain project repositories and ensure proper documentation and sign-offs.

• Prepare and manage change requests throughout project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years leading business and technology transformation within global financial institutions.

• Strong expertise in Investment Management and/or Alternative Investments (products, client types, lifecycle, systems, processes).

• Proven experience managing complex delivery programs from strategy to execution.

• Experience working within Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments (Agile preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or equivalent PM tools).

• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in investment-backed or trading environments.

• Hands-on experience with data governance, data lineage, and data dictionaries.

• PMP or other Project Management certification preferred.

• Experience establishing enterprise governance and reporting frameworks.
