Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QE Test Lead with strong expertise in Informatica MDM (On-Prem) to lead end-to-end quality engineering activities for enterprise Master Data Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the test strategy, leading functional and integration testing, validating master data quality, and ensuring successful release readiness. Experience with cloud migration initiatives and Informatica IDMC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall QA strategy, test plans, regression approach, and release quality gates.
• Lead testing for Informatica MDM (On-Prem) including data ingestion, validation, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and golden record verification.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), regression, and integration testing across multiple applications.
• Validate master data quality, business rules, and downstream data flows.
• Manage defect lifecycle, test execution, risk reporting, and release readiness activities.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Develop reusable test scenarios, test data, regression suites, and quality documentation.
• Support migration readiness by identifying testing impacts and validation requirements for future cloud migration initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a QE Lead or Test Lead in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (On-Prem).
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management concepts including:
  • Match & Merge
  • Survivorship Rules
  • Golden Record Validation
  • Hierarchy Management
  • Data Quality Rules
  • Data Model Validation
• Experience leading SIT, E2E, regression, integration testing, and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
• Exposure to MDM cloud migration projects.
• Experience working with enterprise master data domains such as Location, Customer, Product, or Vendor Master Data.
