Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a leading organization dedicated to innovative tax strategies and compliance excellence. Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 5 years of income tax experience in public accounting and/or large multinational environment
• Willingness to be onsite 4 days a week
• Strong proficiency in Partnership taxation, Federal and state income tax compliance, tax audits, and controversy
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data literacy skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex tax concepts clearly
• Experience with digital workflows and process improvement
• Willingness to travel and dependable attendance

Nice to Have Skills:

• CPA certification or open to obtain a CPA after being hired
• Experience with tax technology tools and digital automation
• Previous exposure to ASC 740 provisions and tax accounting practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• At least 5 years' relevant income tax experience in public accounting or multinational corporations
• CPA certification or current candidate status preferred

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Ability to work at specified locations, complete background checks, and pass drug screening
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs and using standard vision capabilities
