Job Title: Project Manager

Project Planning: Build comprehensive plans, manage resources, coordinate teams, and mitigate risks early.
Implementation Oversight: Prepare data integration, oversee OpenGov module configuration and testing, and enforce milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary liaison, report to executive leadership, and manage scope changes.
Training & Adoption: Coordinate user training, ensure workflow comprehension, and drive adoption.
Documentation: Maintain project logs, track performance, and deliver post-implementation reports.

Project Management & Workflows: 6 years of experience driving methodologies, process mapping, and change management.
Leadership & Execution: 6 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, managing large implementations, and adapting under pressure.
Communication & Problem-Solving: 6 years of experience in stakeholder management, technical translation, and conflict resolution.
Tools & Sector Knowledge: 6 years of proficiency in PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) with preferred public-sector familiarity.
