Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and API integrations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation using Flow.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Build reusable Lightning components and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Develop unit tests and maintain code coverage above Salesforce deployment requirements.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical leadership.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and optimization techniques.
